Slow service. $2.05 for a tea. 4% of your ticket charged for credit card fee?! Absolutely not acceptable!! Put a sign on your door that says cash only and you won't have many customers. This is a business. That's part of the cost of running a business. And you can write it off.

Not authentic.
I'll keep short and sweet.
Salsa was like tomato paste plus.
Queso dip was like concession nacho cheese.
Mexico City street tacos steak were actually decent and edible
Service was nice. -

I mostly go here for the drinks. The service and quality has really changed and went down. I went today and the food was better then normal but I did realize they now charge you to use ur debit card. I don't think I would come back just because of that. I know it affects the amount of tips the wait staff receives.

So disappointed in Casa Manana. I've heard great things about them and I LOVE Mexican food. But the first time we went there, my boss got shrimp quesadillas. The shrimp was disgusting. I can't even describe the horrible taste of it. They apologized profusely and brought him another meal. Forgiven. This time, we ordered to go and I went to pick it up. First I waited at the bar for around 10 minutes. No one came out to help me. Then I waited at the front for about 10 more minutes while all the servers watched me stand there and never acknowledged me. Finally, someone (who was very nice) came to me and apologized for my wait and brought me to the bar. Once the bartender came out, she gave no apology, she was extremely rude and sarcastic with me, and then when I get back to the office our salsa was 3/4 water. I'm not kidding, I have a video. It was chunky at the bottom, so I'm pretty sure they poured some type of water on the top for mentioning our long wait. I worked in restaurants for years myself so normally I am so patient and understanding but this was completely unacceptable. We will never be going back there and if anyone asks I will never, ever recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst Mexican food don't waste your money, everything was salty. The beans were cold. I order a burrito I regret it and forgot my sauce. Don't waste your money.
